Pink Bloom

Hello Everyone:

For those of you that are new to my daily devotional, I would like to let you know that whenever I get touched or ministered to by a scripture or an event then I break away from my study to share it with you.   So today is one of those days.

I go to this chapel every morning at 6:00a.m. to pray and afterwards I work out in the gym.   On this particular property that I go to where both the chapel and gym are there is a lake.   Today, after working out I walked down to this lake and I sat on an old beach under a tree which gave me the perfect view of the lake.

The lake was surronded by trees that were brown and looked dull and dried from the winter and had no signs of life on them.  The first time I glanced at the scenery, I  was just in awe of the beauty of the place even though things did not look  as beautiful as it does in the spring.   I took a second look around and it’s as if it appeared out of no where but it was a pink bloom.  Just a bloom everybody.    It was the most beautiful thing.   It was right there in the midst of everything that  looked lifeless.  A pink bloom.

A pink bloom is so suttle that if you aren’t careful, you’ll miss it.  So often we are fascinanted with the completed work and what the thing has grown into and the finished product but the bloom is a sign that God is at work even though it has not fully matured into its beauty.

The pink bloom.  It took my breath away.   Is anybody really just noticing God’s handywork.  It’s beautiful.     The pink bloom is rarely noticed but it blossoms into a breathtaking masterpiece that only a God can create.   Have you ever felt like a pink bloom.   Nobody really notices you  and you’re often among things that appear to be dead and unproductive but God is working on you and developing you into a masterpiece, but the bloom is a sign that God is at work.

Just look around you,…….  Spring is near…….   It’s a pink bloom yall…….

Breathtaking…………………..

Have a great weekend.

Don’t forget to pray and read God’s word daily.
